A typical day …
For Icentia's IT infrastructure and corporate cybersecurity will allow you to:
Support and maintain the local infrastructure of the Quebec City offices
Manage and maintain the IT equipment inventory
Support remote employees in Quebec and across Canada
Support the local office infrastructure and employees in the United States (New York State)
Manage Icentia's Microsoft tenant
Act as the point of contact with and between our IT and cybersecurity partners
Analyze and manage alerts from our cybersecurity tools
Propose improvements
For the application security of Icentia's software will allow you to:
Participate in technology watch on web application cybersecurity
Assess the gaps between global application cybersecurity standards (OWASP, NIST) and the implementation of Icentia's applications
Propose solutions to close these gaps
Help prepare responses to our clients' cybersecurity questionnaires
Icentia's AI Transformation will allow you to:
Lead the deployment of AI agents at Icentia
Train users on their optimal use
Automate workflows using AI agents
Ideally, you have…
5 years of experience
in network administration (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall, Wi-Fi)
in managing Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) environments
in administering Windows and Linux workstations
in IT inventory management and hardware lifecycle
Experience in remote support and multi-site management
Knowledge of SIEM / SOC tools and cybersecurity alert management
Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Quebec's Bill 25, GDPR, etc.)
Ability to interact with external IT/cybersecurity vendors and partners
Enjoys collaborating with and supporting colleagues
Demonstrates autonomy and strong prioritization skills
Bilingual in French and English

Experience in vulnerability assessment and gap analysis
