HR-SAL-101 – U.S. Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial U.S. Sales Representative to drive adoption of our cardiac diagnostic test among cardiologists, hospitals and independent diagnostic testing facilities (IDTFs). This role requires direct engagement with physicians. Success depends on demonstrating clinical efficacy, building confidence, and ultimately generating recurring prescriptions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of physician-facing sales, preferably with cardiologists, and thrive in a growth-stage environment where initiative, persistence, and credibility are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Physician Engagement: Meet with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and clinic managers to present the clinical and operational value of the test.

  • Education & Demonstration: Communicate clinical evidence, patient compliance advantages, and workflow benefits to drive trial adoption.

  • Sales Execution: Achieve conversion targets by moving physicians from initial trial to consistent prescribing.

  • Account Development: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads among cardiologists, medical practices, and IDTFs.

  • Market Feedback: Provide structured feedback to management on client needs, objections, and competitor activity.

  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new accounts.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in medical sales, preferably selling diagnostic tests, pharmaceuticals, or other clinically driven solutions.

  • Strong network or proven ability to build relationships with cardiologists and specialty physicians.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive healthcare environment.

  • Ability to present and discuss clinical data persuasively with physicians.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, adaptable, comfortable in a growth-stage company.

  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as required.
