As the Medical Analysis Service Coordinator, you are responsible of the excellent service of the medical analysis department and in charge of its continual improvement.


  • Independent and rigorous

  • Know how to delegate and demonstrate leadership

  • A high sense of initiative and a force of proposal

  • College or university diploma in administration or any other relevant training

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar function

  • Experience in medical testing (an asset)

  • Knowledge of techniques related to the field of ECG (an asset)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English


  • Guarantee the smooth operation and the quality of the medical analysis department

  • Put in place measures to ensure the continuous improvement of the service

  • Apply the procedures in place and participate in their improvement

  • Optimize the analysis department operations to minimize delivery time and cost per analysis

  • Increase the analysis capacity and put in place measures to anticipate and respond to variations in demand

  • Participate in the hiring process of technologists both in Quebec and in other jurisdictions

  • Develop training programs for technologists

  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings to report on the activities of the analysis department

  • Interact with the support department to provide exceptional service to our clients
