As a Human Resources Manager, you will be required to put in place innovative strategies and HR policies to ensure human resources planning, training and recruitment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining HR policies.


  • Plan human resource requirements with the directors of the different departments

  • Post positions, analyze applications and conduct interviews

  • Conduct pre-employment verifications and the integration of new employees

  • Coordinate internal and external training activities and recruitment activities

  • Maintain and develop partnerships and relationships with schools and other relevant organizations to enhance the organization's reach and attract the best talents

  • Establish a recruitment strategy and monitor best practices related to attracting and retaining talents

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, including salary policy and performance evaluation policy

  • Ensure that laws relating to work and health and safety are respected

  • Choose and set up an HR IS tool


  • Good analytical mind and good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and harmonious communication and interpersonal relationships with all partners

  • Strong decision-making ability that integrates the business challenges and needs

  • Be comfortable in a fast-growing environment

  • Have a good sense of organization

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or any field relevant to the position

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws.

  • An international experience (an asset)

  • Good knowledge of HR systems

  • Bilingual (French and English)
