As an Administrative Assistant, you will have to perform complex and confidential administrative tasks and trust tasks that require a very good knowledge of organizational procedures. You will support the organization in various responsibilities.
Coordinate various administrative activities of the company (telephone, visitor management, mail management, supplies, etc.)
Collaborate with the team to put in place new administrative procedures.
Perform various tasks related to the smooth running of the business
Write some administrative documents and make the necessary classification
Monitor medical tests for customers across Canada
Independent, rigorous, have a good analytical mind and have good interpersonal skills
Good work organization skills
Ability to work independently, be versatile and take initiative
Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
Diploma in Administration, Office Technology or any other relevant training
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in the medical device industry (an asset)
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
