As an Administrative Assistant, you will have to perform complex and confidential administrative tasks and trust tasks that require a very good knowledge of organizational procedures. You will support the organization in various responsibilities.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various administrative activities of the company (telephone, visitor management, mail management, supplies, etc.)

  • Collaborate with the team to put in place new administrative procedures.

  • Perform various tasks related to the smooth running of the business

  • Write some administrative documents and make the necessary classification

  • Monitor medical tests for customers across Canada

 

Your profile:

  • Independent, rigorous, have a good analytical mind and have good interpersonal skills

  • Good work organization skills

  • Ability to work independently, be versatile and take initiative

  • Have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)

 

Required skills:

  • Diploma in Administration, Office Technology or any other relevant training

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in the medical device industry (an asset)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
